Spline Gauges are the best Inspection Tools to check internal as well as external Splined Profiles for Index and Profile errors. The use of Spline Plug Gauges ensures the quickest process for acceptance of Splined components in mass production & checking spline dimensions. These are the most effective inspection tool for checking the accuracies of external & internal splines and serrations. It reduces the human effort and gives the best error traceability.
We also get THIRD PARTY NABL test Inspection report on request.
These spline Plug gauges are supplied in sets of ‘GO’ and ‘NO GO’. ‘GO’ spline plug gauge checks effective dimension arrived after consideration of manufacturing tolerance and error allowance on elements like profile, index & PCD runoutused to check effective tooth thickness & form diameter of spline shaft.
‘NO GO’ spline plug gauge is a sector type of gauge and is designed for checking separately individual elements such as major dia or space width. For checking minor dia. of internal splines, plain ‘GO’ and ‘NO GO’ gauges are only used.
