Designing
One of the major accuracies for any tool is to get it designed with appropriate parameters to check the profile accordingly as it provides fast, accurate simulation of all the tools produced. All the tools are designed and checked for the component accuracy by generating the component from the tool and comparing the results with theoretical results to remove any mistake/error at the machining level The tooth profiles of all the tooling are computer aided design which allows rapid assessment of individual cutting requirements and ideal optimization of all variables for maximum cutter effectiveness
Packaging
We have the in-house facilities available for International Sea worthy packaging. Wooden / Corrugated / plastic boxes specially made for the volumetric dimensions of tools & other packaging materials (if required) to make them reach safe to you
