HSS CIRCULAR SAWS – STRAIGHT TOOTH

HSS Circular Saws are designed for slitting various types of ferrous and non ferrous raw material with high speed and feed rate to chip / slit the form.With diameter ranging from 25mm (1” to 400mm (16”) in thickness 0.15mm to 10mm, these Blades are used in manual, semi-automatic and fully-automatic sawing operations.

These saws are made in High speed steel material M2, M35, M42 depending upon the hardness (Rockwell hrc/ Brinell) of the material to cut. Very economically priced and is the cheapest tool to chip the material. All blades are tempered & hardened to 62/64 HRC to give flattest saw possible. Designed for general slotting or cut-off operations

HSS SLITTING SAWS – STRAGGERED TOOTH& CHIP CLEARANCE

HSS made Slitting saw are used to give chip clearance with deep cuts or slots where side cutting chip clearance is an important factor. The teeth form is with staggered teeth of these slitting saws according to the diameter of these saws and are are specifically suited for use in manual, semi-automatic and fully-automatic milling operations.
